Your guess is as good as mine at this point.
I did pick up a couple of aluminum NACA ducts for $5 each that I may use.

Here is my first work on the cowling. The Camloc fastener buckets and mounting brackets. The buckets were measured and the dimensions transferred to CAD. The rest of the shape was added for the angle bracket. I copied them into a few rows and printed them out. The print was glued to the angle and the holes center punched and drilled. I used my aviation snips to cut them out. Once the sockets are riveted I will trim the bracket to the socket's shape.

I picked these Camloc sets for $1 each. That includes the socket, stud, grommet and lock ring. I also got a bag of 5 large turn buckles for $20 and 6' extruded piano hinges for $20. Boy am I a scrounge or what! I bought them from a guy in Maine who comes to our fall flymarket. He is the same guy I bought my flight instruments from. I can't wait to see him, he has some great deals!
