Looking at the underside you can see the lower radius block. The AN6 bolts hanging down are temporary while I wait for the drilled ones and castle nuts. They will be put in with the heads down so that they are easier to fair in. The cotter pins will keep the nuts on and prevent the bolts from falling out in this position. I had to tap the bolts in with a soft mallet. I don't think they would drop out if the nut did come off.
.
With the side view you can see the taper of the gear to the rear. If I flip the gear and mounting brackets to the front side of the spar I could make my bird a tail dragger. NA, just thinking out loud. I still need to do some more clearancing for the gear leg to fuselage junction.
Here are the Matco brake master cylinders and the AN-3 lower brake lines. The 12" long brake lines are Teflon lined stainless steel braided with swaged on strait and 90 degree fittings. I could have used 9" lines but these were in stock and the 9" ones would have to be custom made and cost a lot more. Steel AN nipples are used through out. For the C-90 brakes I have to find an AN-3 to female 1/8" pipe or use a 1/8" npt coupler.
