The capacitance sender, overflow, and vent plates made as mirror images. The plates were drawn in CAD, printed and glued to a 1/4" 5052 aluminum plate. All the holes were drilled, then cut out on the bandsaw. The senders bolt holes were tapped along with the AN-4 Vent nipple and AN-8 overflow return from the header tank. |
