| | The elevator nose has been
filled with the Trymer 2000 foam, sanded to
shape a layer of 7.5oz was positioned only over the nose and a 1.5oz layer
of fiberglass was put over the entire

| The HS concave area was filled
with the same Trymer foam and sanded. A layer of 7.5oz fiberglass was
laid into the recess. After a layer of micro was applied and left to cure,
it was sanded to shape to fix some minor bumps. A layer of 1.5oz cloth
was put on the HS. | | Pix to come

| The elevator is reattached
to the HS. The trim tab's nyrod pushrod from the local RC hobby store
has been installed. The aluminum brackets clamped in place ready for drilling.
The calculated incident for the HS is -.75 degree. A scrap piece of plywood
under the aft spar gets me this measurement. Now the brackets can be drilled.

| You can see the rudder has
been filled with the Dow foam and sanded to shape and micro'd. The
VS has to wait for the HS to be permanently attached before it can be
filled with foam. |
